Licensed Therapist | 1099 Contractor | Pennsylvania Join Emberly Counseling | A Practice Built Around You Emberly is a teletherapy practice built on the belief that mental health support should be accessible, personal, and meaningful. We are looking for a licensed therapist in Pennsylvania who is passionate about client care and wants the freedom to focus on what matters most: providing meaningful support to clients. You see your clients. You set your schedule. You practice with the clinical autonomy you were trained for. We take care of billing, credentialing, marketing, and the administrative details so you can spend more time doing the work you love. Who we are looking for: A fully licensed therapist (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent) in Pennsylvania, in good standing, with a genuine commitment to the people they serve. Experience with trauma, anxiety, depression, postpartum, OCD, relationships, or other specialties is welcome. Must be comfortable providing telehealth services. Compensation: Earn 60% of all collected revenue, paid bi-weekly. Emberly's 40% practice share covers marketing, referrals, administrative support, TherapyNotes EHR access, billing, credentialing, claims submission, and eligibility verification. Flexible Schedule: Set your own availability and grow your caseload at a pace that works for you. Emberly provides ongoing marketing and referral support to help you build toward your ideal schedule, with the opportunity to gradually grow to approximately 15–30 clinical hours per week based on your preferences and availability. Additional Support Offered: While you'll have the autonomy to build your practice your way, optional clinical supervision and mentorship are available for therapists who value collaboration, professional growth, or additional support. Participation is entirely optional and offered at no additional cost as a resource available to you.
